Ventus Powertrain Kit - Sur-Ron Light Bee

The Ventus Powertrain Kit is a full drivetrain replacement built specifically for the Sur-Ron Light Bee. Instead of piecing together upgrades from different sources — controller from one shop, motor from another, harness that may or may not fit — this kit delivers a matched set from Ventus: components engineered to work together and pre-matched to the LBX platform.

The heart of the kit is the Aetos V9600 Pro Controller. VESC-based architecture with Field-Oriented Control (FOC) sinusoidal technology delivers smooth, precise torque and up to 76kW peak output with 1200A phase current. Full app-based tuning covers throttle response, dead zones, power curves, burst mode, 5 programmable ride modes, and 5 levels of regenerative braking. Integrated IMU enables Wheel Lift Assist. IP67 waterproof housing, CNC-machined aluminum construction, and a 2-year warranty covering MOSFET failures.

Power is delivered by the VTB Ryuga 52kW motor — one of the highest-output motors available for the Light Bee platform. Paired with the Ventus EVO GT battery, the current draw is fully sustained without the stock battery's limitations. This addresses the mandatory battery upgrade requirement for high-power builds. The Gen 2 wiring harness is bike-specific for the Light Bee, making install cleaner than piecing together adapters.

Install is expert-level. You're replacing the controller, motor, battery, and harness — essentially the entire drivetrain minus the frame and wheels. This requires understanding of high-voltage electrical systems, motor mounting alignment, and controller tuning.
