WHAT is your warranty policy?
Most of our new bikes come with a 12 month factory warranty on the battery and non-consumable components. Details vary by brand, warranty is listed for every product on its product page. If you need additional information please contact us directly.
Where do you ship to?
We can ship our bikes anywhere in the continental U.S. Bikes arrive fully assembled or partially assembled in the manufacturer’s original packaging. Shipping is handled by secured FedEx Ground transport.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping generally takes between 7-14 days. Once shipment has been confirmed you will receive a tracking link of your purchase. All shipping is handled by secured FedEx Ground transport.
Can I pick up my bike purchase locally?
Yes, you can pick up from our warehouse directly. We offer this service to the larger Bay Area in California. This will also save you on shipping costs. Please contact us after your order to schedule a pickup time.
