ReTURN Policy

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original unopened packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Bikes

  • Batteries

  • Modified or used parts

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns are also subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Please contact us at contact@senditcycleshop.com to begin the return process. All returns are subject to our approval. Any unapproved returns will not be accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

You are allowed to cancel your order before shipment has taken place. Shipping is typically handled within 1-2 days of your order. Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover payment processing fees.

If your order has been shipped, it will be treated as a return, and all return policies will apply.

REFUND PROCESSING

Please get in touch with us directly regarding any returns or cancellations. Once your request is approved, we will begin the refund process. Funds will be automatically transferred back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow for the full 10-day processing time, as the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to post the refund may vary.

Damaged or Defective Items

Once you receive your order, you have 24 hours to report any issues.

If there is noticeable shipping damage, contact us immediately and be sure to take pictures for documentation, as we require these to file claims with our shipping service provider.

If the item is defective, damaged, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us so we can assist. In many instances, we can help with technical issues. If we are unable to help, we will issue a refund.

WARRANTY POLICY

When it comes to manufacturer or factory warranties, those will need to be handled directly with the product's manufacturer. At Send It! Cycle Shop, we're happy to help our customers navigate the warranty claim process where applicable. However, unless we've explicitly provided a written statement saying otherwise, we don't offer any independent warranties of our own.

Policy Acknowledgement

Please review our terms carefully before finalizing your order. By submitting payment to Send It! Cycle Shop, the customer acknowledges full acceptance of all policies listed above. This agreement is effective immediately upon checkout or point of sale and applies to all items included in the transaction.
