A direct OEM-size replacement brake rotor for the Sur-Ron Ultra Bee. 240mm diameter, 4mm thickness, same mounting pattern as stock — drops into either the front or rear wheel without modification. Sold individually so you can replace just one if needed (warped from a crash, worn through, etc.) or buy two to refresh both at once.

The rotor uses a wavy outer edge with slots cut radially across the braking surface. The wavy edge increases surface area exposed to airflow, helping the rotor cool faster between hard braking events. The slots help clear pad gases, water, and debris from between the pad and rotor surface — keeping braking consistent even when conditions get bad. High-carbon steel construction holds up to repeated heat cycling without warping.

Installation is intermediate difficulty — pull the wheel, unbolt the old rotor, install the new one with included M6 bolts, torque to spec. After installation, the rotor needs to be properly bedded in: progressive controlled stops from increasing speeds to transfer pad material evenly to the new rotor surface. Skipping this step causes vibration and uneven wear. We can do the install and bedding for you if you're local.
