This kit is purpose-built for the Sur-Ron Ultra Bee and includes Ultra Bee-specific brackets and harness. Other compatible bikes (listed above) require different kits — contact us before purchase.
The X-9000 V2 is the controller most Ultra Bee owners eventually upgrade to. The OEM controller caps the bike's potential — the X-9000 unlocks it. Up to 50kW peak power, 1000A continuous phase amps, fully programmable through the free EBMX app, with custom firmware running on a VESC base. You get six tunable power modes, real-time motor and controller temperature monitoring through the included EggRider SW102 display, and Wheel Lift Assist for launch control or anti-loop tuning.
Important to know before you buy: how much power you can safely run depends on your motor and battery. Stock OEM Ultra Bee motor handles about 15kW reliably (EBMX has tested 20kW for extended use, but anything higher overheats fast). Stock Ultra Bee battery handles about 17kW non-bypassed. To unlock the full 50kW you need a high-output battery and motor pair — typically EBMX's XUB-80 motor and a 96V pack. Most owners running the stock motor and battery still see massive performance gains at 12-15kW over the stock controller, so this upgrade pays off even without a complete drivetrain swap.
