The dual caliper rear brake kit is the top-tier upgrade in EBG's Talaria lineup. Two hydraulic calipers work on a single rotor, delivering 2X the clamping force of the OEM single-piston system. This isn't marketing math — with two calipers actively squeezing the rotor from opposite mounting positions, you get measurably shorter stopping distances and much better heat management under sustained hard braking.
Both calipers are CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aerospace aluminum with carbon fiber inlays — same premium construction as the EBG front kit and standard rear kit. The 220mm or 230mm floating rotor uses 420 high-temperature stainless steel with spiral airflow cutouts for faster cooling. Copper-ceramic pads, steel-braided Kevlar brake line, DOT4 compatible.
The kit ships pre-bled — no brake bleeding required. Even with two calipers on one hydraulic system, EBG bleeds and balances the system at manufacture. You bolt on both calipers, connect the pre-bled line, torque to spec, and bed in the pads. Install runs 45-60 minutes with standard hex and torx tools — dramatically simpler than the traditional dual caliper install experience.
