A complete front brake upgrade for the Talaria series, engineered from the Sur-Ron Ultra Bee brake architecture and re-machined for Talaria fitment. The caliper is CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aerospace aluminum with genuine carbon fiber inlays. The 4-piston design distributes clamping force evenly across the pad for better modulation and more consistent pad wear than the OEM 2-piston setup — 30% more clamping force overall.
The floating rotor uses an O-drive expansion system, cooling grooves, and spiral airflow channels — 40% faster cooling than the V1 design. 420J2 high-temperature stainless steel handles up to 800°C. Copper-ceramic pads rated for 10,000-15,000 km of use, steel-braided Kevlar brake line with DOT4 compatibility.
The kit ships pre-bled — no brake bleeding required. That's the biggest install-experience change from most aftermarket brake kits. You're not messing with fluid, syringes, or bleed nipples. Bolt the caliper on, mount the lever, connect the pre-bled line, torque to spec, then bed in the pads. Most riders can do this install in 30-45 minutes with standard metric hex and torx tools.
