Fits most OEM and aftermarket fork setups. Some installs may require 0.5-1.5mm shim washers (not included) for proper caliper alignment. A complete front brake upgrade for the Arctic Leopard and Vetra Blazer series. The caliper is CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aerospace aluminum with genuine carbon fiber inlays — the same premium materials used in high-end aftermarket motorcycle parts. 2-piston hydraulic design delivers 30% more clamping force than the OEM caliper, with copper-ceramic pads that deliver consistent feel from cold to hot.
The floating rotor uses an O-drive expansion system with spiral airflow cutouts — 40% faster cooling than traditional round-hole designs. 420J2 high-temperature stainless steel handles up to 800°C without warping. Steel-braided Kevlar brake line with DOT4 compatibility completes the system, with better sealing and pressure consistency than rubber OEM lines.
Includes everything: floating rotor (240mm or 250mm), 2-piston caliper with pre-installed copper-ceramic pads, steel-braided Kevlar brake line, lever with handlebar mount (also 7075-T6 + carbon fiber), front rotor guard, and all mounting hardware. Five anodized color options with carbon fiber accents: Black, Blue, Galaxy Purple, Raw Silver, and Red.
Install is advanced — full brake system swap requires bleeding with DOT4 fluid and proper bedding-in. If you don't have brake bleeding experience, have a shop do it (we can install if you're local).
