79Bike Front Brake Kit

A complete front brake upgrade for the 79Bike Falcon series, engineered from the Sur-Ron Ultra Bee brake architecture and re-machined for the Falcon platform. The headline is the caliper: 4-piston hydraulic, CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aerospace aluminum with genuine carbon fiber inlays. The 4-piston design distributes clamping force more evenly across the pad than a 2-piston caliper, giving you better modulation and more consistent pad wear. The 7075-T6 alloy is the same aerospace-grade material used in high-end aftermarket motorcycle parts.

The floating rotor uses an O-drive expansion system, cooling grooves, and spiral airflow channels — 40% faster cooling than the V1 design. 420J2 high-temperature stainless steel handles up to 800°C. The rotor wraps with copper-ceramic pads rated for 10,000-15,000 km, and a steel-braided Kevlar brake line completes the system with DOT4 compatibility and improved sealing over rubber OEM lines.

Includes everything: floating rotor (240mm or 250mm), 4-piston caliper with pre-installed copper-ceramic pads, steel-braided Kevlar brake line, lever with handlebar mount (also 7075-T6 + carbon fiber), front rotor guard, and all mounting hardware including 240mm/250mm post mount adapters. Five anodized color options with carbon fiber accents: Black, Blue, Galaxy Purple, Raw Silver, and Red.

Install is advanced — full brake system swap requires bleeding with DOT4 fluid and proper bedding-in. If you don't have brake bleeding experience, have a shop do it (we can install if you're local). We're listing this as a complete kit since it's the most common purchase, but EBG sells parts of this kit separately too — rotor only, caliper only, kit without rotor guard, and front brake bracket only.
